Mother's Day Brunch includes a delicious brunch buffet prepared by Cafe Mosaic and a T3V Rejoice mimosa. Arrival time for brunch is between 10:00am and 11:00am. Cafe Mosaic will be preparing a wonderful variety of brunch items including but not limited to: Fresh fruit salad, yogurt parfaits, an omelet station, sausage and cheese breakfast casserole, glazed pit ham, penne al forno (with grilled chicken, ricotta, spinach, and vodka tomato cream sauce), baby spinach and spring mix salad (with strawberries, candied walnuts, goat cheese, red onion, honey wine and thyme vinaigrette), potatoes O'Brien, French toast, scones, cinnamon rolls, and pastries.
